Connectivity issues in Australian region

Resolved - Cloudflare has observed issues with our Melbourne data center between 23:15 - 23:19 UTC. Local traffic was rerouted to other Australian data centers which caused a temporary capacity imbalance that led to occasional slowness and increased number of errors.
