Scheduled - On Thursday August 25, 2022, between 2:00 a.m - 5:00 a.m UTC, we will be performing a software update on a component of Cluster A of our Hosted Email service. This update will support the reliability of our service, as well as provide a long-term solution to the issue that caused degraded service on Monday August 22.
While we’ve scheduled three hours to complete this maintenance work, we expect less than two minutes of actual downtime.
