These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Our engineers have monitored the fix to Teammates and confirmed the issue has been resolved for future Teammate creation and invitations. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Identified - Our engineers have identified why new Teammate invitations are being sent but do not allow creation of new Teammates linked to those same triggered invitations. Our team is continuing to work toward a fix to allow for proper creation of teammates and to avoid this issue from occurring. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating - Starting around 11:55 AM PT, our engineers began investigating an issue with Twilio SendGrid Teammate creation. Some users will experience errors in the SendGrid web user interface when creating new teammates and be unable to do so. This issue does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
