These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Monitoring - Our engineers have implemented a fix for all delayed messages and they have been now delivered , we are still monitoring system performance. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating - Starting around 4:30 PM - 4:45 PM PST on May 16,2024, our engineers began investigating an issue with mail queue building up some mail sends on this timeframe. Users may experience mail getting stuck. We will provide another update in 1hr or as soon as more information becomes available.
