Marketing Contact Lists not updating count.

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with contact counts and has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Investigating - One June 3, 2024 at 9:02 AM PT, our engineering team began an investigation into an issue affecting the contact count on Marketing Contact Lists. The count in the UI may not reflect these changes immediately. However the actual process of adding or deleting contacts is functioning correctly. This does/does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
