Monitoring - The fix from our partner appears to have resolved the issue as we have not seen any more errors with 2FA SMS authentication. We will continue to monitor this for the next while to ensure service runs smoothly.

Update - The issue is caused by a large influx of messages. The suspected number causing the queue has been blocked by our partner. Support has reached out to the resellers to check if this has resolved the issue. We are still investigating and will provide updates based on the results as they become available.

Identified - The issue with the Reseller control panel login (SMS) has been identified and we are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue with Reseller control panel logins failing with the error "429 Client Error: TOO MANY REQUESTS" and will be unable to log into the control panel. This is only reported so far with resellers using SMS verification. All over logins are working as normal.
