These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Scheduled - Sender Authentication will undergo scheduled maintenance on Saturday, May 30th, from 10AM - 12:00PM MDT. Although it is unlikely, customers could experience deferred, blocked, or bounced emails due to DNS related errors during this maintenance. If an uptick in Bounce events occurs during this window, Twilio SendGrid will clean these records from our dataset so they do not impact future sending. Deferred messages will automatically be retried and blocked messages will not be suppressed. Please contact our Support team with any questions: https://support.sendgrid.com/.
