These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Starting at approximately 9:30 AM PT on June 27th, our engineers determined that a subset of SendGrid accounts began to sign processed email messages with incorrect DKIM signatures due to a system misconfiguration. This misconfiguration of DKIM signing may have resulted in failed DMARC when being assessed by recipient servers. At approximately 3:50 PM PT the same day, the platform restored stability to the signing of DKIM signatures for the small subset of impacted accounts. Although new email messages processed after 3:50 PM PT for these same affected accounts will have proper DKIM signing, messages requested for processing during the impact period that have yet to be assessed by recipient servers will be judged based on their misconfigured DKIM signature.
