Service impact : Services offline on targeted hosts for at least 15 minutes
Service improvement : As part of our continuous infrastructure improvement plan, we need to apply software upgrades on some hosts.


We advise that due to the non-mitigable nature of H100 instances, it is necessary to execute the upgrades while active customers are utilizing these hosts.

An individual communication will be sent to impacted customers.

Please be informed that during the maintenance period, the instances assigned to the targeted hypervisors will experience temporary disruption as a consequence. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as we continue to improve our services.
