These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Our engineers have confirmed the issue has been resolved. Customers who were experiencing issues logging in or with 500 errors while performing v3 API calls, should no longer see those issues. All systems are operating normally at this time.

Monitoring - Starting around 9:37 AM PT our engineers identified intermittent issues with login through our User Interface. API mail send wasn't affected, but most of V3 API endpoints were. Customers attempting to hit impacted endpoints would have received a 5xx error during this time. We identified the cause and deployed a fix. We are monitoring this, and we'll provide an update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
