500 Errors on API endpoints

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Investigating - Starting at 3:41 PM PST on January 26th, our engineers began investigating an issue with a number of our API endpoints returning 500 errors. Users may experience 500 errors when reaching our API endpoints. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
