Identified - The issue has been identified as an outage with Cloudflare's email delivery vendor. Cloudflare is in contact with the vendor and will continue to provide updates on OTP delivery issues.

Investigating - Cloudflare is investigating a delay in our ability to send OTP for Access applications. We are working to resolve the issue. More updates to follow shortly.
