app.sendgrid.com not loading

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Between 15:20 PST December 9th, 2021 and 15:40 PST December 9th, 2021, our engineers identified a delay when loading and accessing app.sendgrid.com. After 15 minutes of investigation and monitoring, the issue was resolved.
Our engineers found that the issue was related to a cache preservation configuration, which has been fixed.

The access to app.sendgrid.com was reestablished at 15:45pm PST.
