These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Identified - Our engineering team has identified the issue. The issue was not related to SendGrid infrastructure per Engineer's research, but to an Australian domain registrar. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating - Starting around 5:50 PM PT on Thursday 3rd, 2023, our engineers began investigating an issue with SendGrid API, which affected Mail Send for Australian customers. The issue was not related to SendGrid infrastructure per our Engineering Team, but to an Australian domain registrar.
This caused emails to went straight to deferred state. We will provide another update in the next 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
