Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Update - Cloudflare has implemented a fix for SSL errors to cdnjs.cloudflare.com from outside of mainland China and we are currently monitoring the results.
We are continuing to investigate issues with CDNJS for users based within China.
