Update - Investigation is ongoing. Current impact is limited to R2, Waiting Room, Stream Live, Queues, Durable Objects and single file CDN cache purge which may return HTTP 500 status code or “Network connection lost” errors.
Stream VOD (Video on Demand) and CDN cache purge by tag, host, prefix and purge everything are not affected.
We are working to mitigate this problem. More updates to follow shortly

Investigating - Cloudflare is investigating issues with R2, Durable Objects, Queues and Stream Live availability.
Subset of customers that use Cloudflare R2, Waiting Room, Stream Live or Queues may observe HTTP 500 errors or “Network connection lost” errors when making requests to Durable Objects. VOD is unimpacted.
