Identified - The affected mailstore has a corrupt filesystem. Repairs are currently ongoing and the engineering team has provided a rough ETA of 1 hour.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue preventing some users on one of our Cluster A mailstores from logging into Webmail. Our engineering team has been engaged.
