Resolved - The certificate was successfully renewed on Auth servers. All services restored to normal operation. No impact should be expected as of now.

Update - Resellers should now be able to login successfully again and complete domain registration orders.

We will monitor the situation to ensure no new problems arise.

Monitoring - Further investigations reveal Whois contact updates should also be failing. Our Domains Engineering has identified the issue to be an expired certificate on our Authentication servers and the certificate is now fixed. Please be advised Domains Renewal Orders were not affected by the issue. so renewals order should be working in order.

Update - New domain orders are also impacted. Our Domains Engineering has been engaged and is investigating. Updates will be provided as soon as possible.
