Customers Creating Subusers that Require Provisioning

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - From around 6:52am PT 10/10/2023 to about 9:56am PT 10/10/2023, we experienced an isolated issue with the creation of subusers for a certain subset of customers.

Affected customers who tried to create a subuser account during the affected period would have seen those new accounts created in a "provision needed" status and those subuser accounts would not be functional upon creation. Affected new subusers that need provisioning will be fixed by our engineers, and should be functional shortly.

The issue has been mitigated and resolved, and all services are now operating normally.
