These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Investigating - Starting around 9:03 AM PT on March 16th, 2023, our engineers began investigating an issue with customer's not receiving their password reset email. Users may not receive their password reset email when resetting their password. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
