These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with applying the 30 day Email Activity add-on has been resolved. All services are now operating normally and customers can successfully add this feature at this time.

Identified - Starting around 10:30am PT on October 4th, our engineers began investigating an issue with the Email Activity 30 day add-on. Customers may have experienced issues adding the 30 day Email Activity add-on feature. Engineers have implemented a fix at this time and We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
