These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Scheduled - As part of our preparation for the upcoming Black Friday and Cyber Monday, our team is looking to expand the storage of our database and we will be performing a database maintenance on October 21st, from 12-2pm PT. During this time, customers will be unable to access the public DELETE /v3/suppression/blocks API and v2 equivalent APIs and all Suppression write operations to the database will be delayed. This maintenance does not impact mail send. Thank you for your patience through this maintenance.
