Deliverability Insights Delays and Suppression API Failures

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Customers will also see a delay in mail events for Marketing Campaign events. This does not impact mail send. Investigating - Starting around 8:58am PT on November 23, 2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with Deliverability Insights. Users may experience delays when accessing Deliverability Insights within the UI or 500 errors when accessing the retrieve bounce and bounce totals by classification API endpoints. Customers will also see a delay in mail events for Marketing Campaign events. This does not impact mail send.
