Resolved - Between 17:58 UTC on 7/30/2021 and 17:18 UTC on 8/17/2021, we identified and fixed an issue related to failure to clean up old records after hostname update that impacted some zones behind Cloudflare. We are going through a thorough process to ensure there are no other zones affected.
