These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - From 2:15PM to 3:25PM PT, we experienced an issue with Inbound Parse due to a third party incident. A subset of customers may not have received Inbound Parse events if their servers returned a 500 error during this time frame. Mail send was not impacted. This issue has been mitigated and resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.
