These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Starting 5:00PM PST on Monday, April 8th, a small subset of customers saw a delay in email delivery that lasted up to 18 hours, all emails were sent successfully. Any users who saw any abnormal delay on their delivery could potentially have been affected due to this incident. There were a total of 26,300 emails affected by this incident. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
