Email Validations API Inaccessible Due to Unauthorized Errors

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Starting at 9:55 AM PT on October 17, 2023, our engineers confirmed that API calls made to the Email Validations API endpoint began to fail with unauthorized errors. However, at 11:19 AM PT, functionality was restored to the API and services began to operate normally again. Any SendGrid users attempting to access the Email Validations API during the affected period will have experienced "403" error code responses or failure messages relating to an invalid security token. This incident did not affect mail send directly. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are now operating normally.
