These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Scheduled - In order to increase the stability and scalability of our systems, we are performing scheduled maintenance on our databases, November 17th, from 6PM-8PM PT. During this time, customers may experience errors when attempting to perform signups, create and update subusers/teammates, create and update API keys well as upgrade packages and add-on features via API and UI. Updating features such as 2FA, sender verification and configuring SSO will result in errors. There will be a delay in sending scheduled Marketing Campaigns emails. Marketing Campaigns sending will resume once maintenance is complete. Thank you for your patience through this maintenance
