These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Scheduled - We are performing an emergency maintenance for Marketing Campaigns services on Saturday, December 10th from 4PM-8PM PDT. During this time, customers will experience errors in Marketing Campaigns when sending email via Automations and scheduled Single Sends. Marketing Campaigns stats will also encounter delays. New Single Sends and Automations can still be created. Our team will requeue failed Marketing Campaigns emails that were attempted during this period.

This will only impact Marketing Campaigns emails, Email API mail sends and Legacy Marketing Campaigns are not impacted by this maintenance.
