Update - As of March 22, 2023, Cluster B of our email service has been successfully moved to a faster and more reliable, modern infrastructure. While we conducted this migration work, from March 13 to March 22, some of our customers experienced degraded email service. Those impacted may have experienced:

- Log-in issues
- Duplicate emails
- Problems deleting emails or updating mailbox and admin settings

All log-in issues, or failures to register changes or deletions are now resolved or queued to be resolved. Any actions you or your users take moving forward should complete as expected.

Update - We have received reports of users describing issues with duplicated email messages on their IMAP clients. This is related to the means in which IMAP clients determine whether a message has already been downloaded locally. The quickest way to address this issue is to completely remove and re-add the email account on the mail client. This ensures that any incorrect caching information kept by the mail client is discarded, and presents a consistent view of mailbox contents.

Update - On Monday, 13/03/2023 we initiated a migration on our prodB environment. For 99% of our users the migration has been completed and you should expect a return to normal operating.

Scheduled - Services on cluster B are being migrated to a new more stable platform. As a result you may experience, duplicate emails, missing old messages, and possible delays on receiving. These issues are known and are being worked on.
