Intermittent connection issues when sending out Marketing Campaigns Single Sends and creating and editing Sender Identities

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Between 4:13 AM PST and 7:13 AM PST on December 22nd, 2021, our engineers identified issues with our Marketing Campaigns product that were caused by an incident declared by a third party cloud service provider. During this time, customers may have seen intermittent connection timeouts when attempting to send Marketing Campaigns Single Sends while logged into the user interface or sending when using the Marketing Campaigns API endpoints. Connections errors may have also occurred while creating and editing sender identities for Marketing Campaigns.
Our engineers have confirmed that the issue was resolved as of 7:13 AM PST and both Single Sends and Sender Identities are now operating normally.
