IP Access Management not loading within SendGrid UI

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Our engineers have monitored the issue and confirmed that is has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Monitoring - Our engineers implemented a fix that appears to have resolved the earlier issues with accessing the IP Access Management page through the SendGrid UI. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating - Starting around 9:08 AM PST on February 9th, our engineers began investigating an issue with the IP Access Management screen not loading for some customers. Users may experience an error message when attempting to access the IP Access Management tab within their SendGrid UI. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
