These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue causing incorrect Legacy Marketing Campaigns Stats has been resolved. No campaigns sent after August 30, 2022 should display incorrect stats. Our engineers are retroactively resolving the impacted campaign stats. Please reach out to our Support Team with any questions.

Investigating - Beginning at 9:45 AM PT on August 30, 2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with Legacy Marketing Campaigns stats. At this time, customers may see inflated stats when reviewing delivered percentages for each campaign within the UI. This does not impact mail sent. We will provide another update within an hour or sooner if more information becomes available.
