These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - We have confirmed the issue with mail-send through API has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Investigating - Starting between 5 PM PST our engineers began investigating an issue where users may receive “A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond”. This does impact mail send through API only. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
