These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Monitoring - Our engineers found the cause of the mail send request delay issue and implemented a solution, we are still monitoring it the situations. Customers from Europe might have experienced request delays as a result of an issue with one of our network providers that also affected our datacenter. We will provide more information when it becomes available.

Investigating - Starting around 11:50 PM PDT on 8 August 2023, our engineers have began investigating an issue with mail send requests delays for SMTP or API. Customers from Europe may experience delay responses for mail send requests. This does impact mail send. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
