These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Scheduled - In order to increase the stability and scalability of our systems, we are performing scheduled maintenance on our Marketing Campaigns contacts systems on Saturday, December 3rd from 4PM-8PM PT. During this time, customers may not see information update in the UI when opening a contact list or segment, as well as when utilizing the API for these endpoints. Imports, Exports, Contact Uploads, Segment Creation and any other Marketing Campaigns related mail-sending activity will not be impacted.This will not impact mail send. Thank you for your patience through this maintenance period.
