These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Investigating - Starting around 10:24 am PT on August 24th, our engineers began investigating an issue with accessing Marketing Campaigns contacts both through the user interface and API. Customers may experience an error when attempting to access contacts. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
