These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Scheduled - In order to increase the stability and scalability of our systems, we are performing scheduled maintenance on our network on Saturday, March 20th, 4pm-8pm PT. During this time, users may experience API connection errors and latency, mail send delays, and site unavailability. Users may receive 5xx errors when making V2 and V3 API calls to endpoints like Mail Settings, but not including mail send. Legacy Marketing Campaigns may intermittently experience errors, but New Marketing Campaigns will not be impacted. Users may also notice delays when retrieving stats and data from Email Activity. All our services will operate normally once maintenance is complete. Thank you for your patience through this maintenance.
