Resolved - Our third party service has declared the incident as resolved. Our engineers have recovered our systems and have confirmed that the issues with New Marketing Campaigns and Activity Feed Timeout Errors have been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Investigating - Starting around 11:07 AM PDT on June 30th, our engineers began investigating an issue with a third party service. At this time, customers will experience issues accessing New Marketing Campaigns and Email Activity. Single Sends, Segmentation based Automations, and Activity Feed Exports will be delayed. Customers may experience HTTP 500 errors and timeouts when attempting to access these systems. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
