These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Between September 14th approx. 4.30 pm PT and September 16th, 8.30 am PT our engineers identified an issue where plan change (upgrade/downgrade) failures occurred for a subset of GCP partner accounts. In addition, activate/deactivate and create requests were also impacted. A fix has been implemented and the system is now functioning as expected. Users can now retry account upgrades/downgrades. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
