These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Identified - Our engineers have identified an issue in our billing process which inadvertently affected a subset of users. We are working to remediate any remaining users who have been affected. Investigating - Starting around 2PM PT on November 29th, our engineers began investigating an issue with a subset of customers who may have had their account prematurely billing terminated.
