These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with selected IBM Resellers experiencing mail send issues with API and SMTP due to Sender Verification has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Monitoring - Our engineers deployed a change to the internal settings for sender verification, selected IBM resellers customers should now be able to send emails via API and SMTP. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating - Starting around 03:00 AM PDT on 25 August 2023, our engineers have began investigating an issue with mail send requests for SMTP or API. IBM customers may experience issues with mail send requests. This does impact mail send. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
