SendGrid Accounts Erroneously Suspended

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Beginning at 6:20 AM PST on December 11th, 2023, several customer accounts were incorrectly suspended, impacting mail send. At 9:00 AM PST, these accounts were unsuspended, reactivating mail send. If your account was affected, the admin email address on file for your account will have been sent a notice of suspension and reactivation. Suspensions on these accounts did queue outbound email requests, but no mail was lost during the period. At this time, all systems are confirmed to be operational.
