These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Our teams have identified an issue where a subset of customers have been unable to receive their emailed account invoices and payment notifications starting late September 2020. Our teams have deployed a fix and the system is now functioning as expected. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
