Service Disruption – Minor Advanced Stats Loss

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Our Team has identified an issue that may have caused minor data loss to the Mailbox Provider statistics of our Advanced Stats service for a subset of customers between approximately 9/1/2020 4pm MT to 9/2/2020 1pm MT in both the UI and API. We have determined the underlying cause and have employed a fix. This issue did not impact any of our other stats or event reporting feeds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused!
