Service impact : Rollout restart of api for applying the change, no impact is expected.
Service improvement : As part of our continuous infrastructure improvement plan, we need to add a new store for Barbican based on OVH KMS(Key Management Services) in SGP1.
This will took effect on the Openstack region in SGP1.
An individual communication will be sent to impacted customers.
