Technical Incident – Delays for Email Activity

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Between 9:00 AM PST to 9:50 AM PST, our engineers identified delays in events being posted to Email Activity feed within the SendGrid user interface. This only affected accounts that utilize the Email Activity and when the events were processed through US West data centers. Only delays were the effect of this issue and no events were lost due to this identified problem. After 9:50AM PST, our team confirmed that the problem is now resolved and events successful dequeued into the activity feed. This did not impact mail send.
