These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Starting around 4PM MT on Wednesday, 1/27/21, to 9AM MT on Thursday, 1/28/21, our engineers became aware of an issue that caused a very small percentage of customers to experience drops with the error, "The smtpapi string must be a hash". Our engineers have mitigated the issue and are observing no further drops with that error. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
