Technical Incident – Unable to pause or cancel scheduled mail sends

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Scheduled mail sends were unable to be paused or cancelled by customers from Dec 2 - Dec 4. While this issue was occurring, customers may have experienced 500 errors when calling endpoint POST /v3/user/scheduled_sends, which affected pausing and cancelling of scheduled sends. During this window customers were still able to schedule and send new mail sends.This issue has been mitigated and resolved. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
