These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

New Marketing Campaigns and Mail Send are not impacted at this time. We will provide an update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating - Starting around 9:22 A.M. PDT on April 14, 2021, our engineers began investigating an issue with Legacy Marketing Campaigns. Customers may experience 504 Gateway Timeouts when attempting to access features within Legacy Marketing Campaigns.
